Okra and Summer Vegetables with Shio-Ponzu Dressing
Chilled okra and summer vegetables dressed in shio-ponzu (a citrusy soy-based sauce with salt), offering a refreshing taste of early summer.
Pickled Myoga Sushi
A refreshing piece of sushi topped with vinegared Japanese ginger (myoga).
Karashi Renkon
A traditional dish: crunchy lotus root filled with spicy mustard-seasoned miso.
